Kavousi is a traditional Cretan village which offers a few very nice restaurants and cafes as well as a super market, bakery and other small shops. Kavousi is within a short drive (3km) to the lovely sandy beach of Tholos.

The main house is about 180 m2 in two floors. Upstairs there is a front entrance porch with dining area and beautiful views.
Entering the house is an open plan lounge/dining room with fireplace and a large kitchen with island.
A stone staircase leads to the ground floor where there are two double bedrooms with wardrobes and access to the courtyard, 2 bathrooms, one with shower & jacuzzi bath and a storage room.

The guest house is about 52 m2 in two floors, sharing the same beautiful terrace with the main house.
Upstairs it has a living room, a kitchen can be in this area (there is water and electricity).
Downstairs there is a double bedroom and a bathroom.

In the courtyard there is a 20m2 storage/boiler room.

The house is in excellent condition, is sold furnished and one could live here immediately.
It has aluminium windows with double glazing, central heating with oil heater.

Kavousi is a small fishing village 20 km from Agios Nikolaos on the way to Sitia.
