Set in the center of the small village of Latsida, Agios Nikolaos, Crete this is a  pretty cottage with a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and beautiful roof terrace.
Latsida is very close to the small town of Neapolis, Crete where there are many shops, super markets, banks, post office, hospital and other services and amenities. There are also a couple of good taverns in the village as well as a small super market.

The property of 46 square meters has been very nicely renovated, faithful to the Cretan character of the original house with modern features where necessary.

The house consists of an open plan kitchen/dining room, a living room and a bedroom with bathroom  decorated with mosaic tiles.

A wooden staircase leads to the roof terrace, where there is plenty of space for dining and BBQ. From here there are very nice views of the surrounding countryside and the village.

Agios Nikolaos is the capital of the county Lasithi and is located at the Mirabello Bay, north-east Crete, only 40 mins away from the international airport of Heraklion.
Although Agios Nikolaos has a population of less than 20,000 it has several banks, supermarkets, shops of every kind, doctors, a modern hospital of high standard, public swimming pool and tennis courts, yacht marina, harbour, cinema, theatre, gyms, a 9-hole golf course, schools ranging from nurseries to 6-level high school and generally all the amenities you would expect to find in a modern European town.

The house is just over ten minutes drive to the town of Agios Nikolaos, Crete and numerous sandy beaches.
The international airport of Heraklion, Crete which has regular flights to most major European airports through the year is only a 40 minute drive from Latsida.
