This plot of land of 1585 m2 is situated near (6km) the sea and the coastal town of Agios Nikolaos, Crete in a village called Fioretzides, Lakonia.

One part of the plot (935 m2) is inside the village planning zone and another part (650 m2) outside the planning zone.

Lakonia is a complex of small villages very near the coastal town of Agios Nikolaos Crete.
