Only 2 kilometres north of the tourist town of Agios Nikolaos on the way to Elounda, set in the coastal area of Havania and within a short walk to the sandy beach of Havania this is an apartment complex/hotel with a lot of potential.
The complex comprises 8 self-catering apartments built on a plot of land of 1300 square meters.
All the apartments are equipped with shower rooms and kitchens. All with access to good sized balconies and terraces.
