This is a stone house for renovation in the pretty traditional village of Flamouriana, Lakonia, Agios Nikolaos, Lasithi, Crete.
The village of Flamouriana is situated only a 5 minute drive from the seaside town of Agios Nikolaos, Crete and to several sandy beaches.
The valley of Lakonia comprises many pretty traditional villages within short walks from each other offering many restaurants and cafes to its residents and visitors.

The house is tucked away in a little village street not far from parking and the village center.
A small courtyard with a built wood oven allows entry into the old house.
There there is a larger room that could be used a s a living room/kitchen and two smaller rooms inside that could be turned into bedroom and bathroom.
