The property is a renovated stone house on two floors consisting of a double bedroom and a bathroom downstairs and a living room/kitchen upstairs.
There is a wide balcony going around the top floor offering the most amazing views of the Elounda bay and a staircase leads up to the terraced roof from where the views are even better!

The house is in good/working condition and can be used immediately.
There are A/C units in the bedroom and the living room which can heat or cool the house.

The house is sold fully furnished.

There are many parking spaces just a few meters from the house and the access is very good for a village property.

Only a 3-minute drive to the center of Elounda town where you can find all kind of shops and amenities for your everyday necessities as well as plenty of bars, cafeterias and some excellent restaurants.

A 10-minute drive to Agios Nikolaos, the province capital of Lasithi.

A 50-minute drive to the international airport of Heraklion.

Elounta was a small fishing town on the Mirabello Bay, on the island of Crete. Although fishing is still a large part of life in this very picturesque area, tourism has taken over as the main industry of Elounda. It is part of the municipality Agios Nikolaos. It is popular with European tourists and has many hotels including several 5*hotels. Elounda is also the closest town to the famous historic site of Spinalonga.

Agios Nikolaos is the capital of the county Lasithi and is located at the Mirabello Bay, north-east Crete, only 40 mins away from the international airport of Heraklion.

Geographically the town is well protected from strong winds allowing sea sports and swimming nearly all year round.

Although Agios Nikolaos has a population of less than 20,000 it has several banks, supermarkets, shops of every kind, doctors, a modern hospital of high standard, public swimming pool and tennis courts, yacht marina, harbour, cinema, theatre, gyms, a 9-hole golf course, schools ranging from nurseries to 6-level high school and generally all the amenities you would expect to find in a modern European town.
